Booking

  • Upon booking a 40% payment needs to be done. 6 weeks before arrival the payment of the 60% and the damage  deposit are due

  • The damage deposit is € 1.000 for holiday rental

  • The damage deposit is € 1.000 for holiday rental up to 20 guests, € 1.500 from 20 guests.

  • The deposit for an event is from € 1.000, depending on the characteristics

The charges for the extra guests are explained below:

 

For extra guests (21 to 22 guests) an extra bed will be placed in a bedroom in the villa, € 50 pp/nightOptional is to rent the apartment, full fee (see rental quotes Mas Santo).

 

For extra guests (21 to 24 guests) the apartment needs to be rented obligatory (see rental quotes Mas Santo)

 

For extra guests (25 to 32 guests), the apartment will be rented for 24 guests (see rental quotes Mas Santo). 
The other extra (25 to 32) guests pay € 50 pp/night. 
Guest 25 and 26 will use the sofa bed in the apartment. 
Guest 27 and 28 will use the 2 extra beds placed in a bedroom in the villa.

The two bell tents will be set up for 28 to 32 guests.

 

The quotes exclude:

  • Wedding / event fee (see below)

  • Gasoil charge for heating during the winter is calculated by consumption

Wedding fee 

The charge for holding a wedding at Mas Santo is € 950 for up to 50 guests and € 1.250 for 51 - 120 guests. 

The wedding fee includes:

  • Use of venue for a wedding (please consult for smaller weddings 20 - 30 guests)​

  • Max. 3 visits before the event

  • Communication regarding the event via email and phone

  • Check by maintenance staff before event of outdoor areas (pool water clear and clean, cleaning leaves) and after event            (cigarettes on grounds for hygiene and left pieces of broken glass for safety)

 

The extra damage deposit is min. € 1.000 per event. The amount can vary according to the characteristics of the event. This is for any damage and extraordinary cleaning as confetti, stains, vomit, left decoration, left garbage by organization/catering, moved furniture.
