MAIN BUILDING
The main building has 7 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The first floor features 4 bedrooms and the ground floor features 3 bedrooms.
THE MAISONNETTE 4 sleeps
The maisonnette is only rented to host extra guests.
It features two bedrooms, a bathroom and an optional sofa-bed.
It has access to the courtyard and the square in front of the venue.

THE GUESTHOUSE
The annex has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a kitchen and living area as well as an outdoor terrace.
THE SUITE
The suite is accessed via stairs. It has a lovely private terrace overlooking the pool and garden
and features a 18 sqm bedroom and an ensuite bathroom
Price is based on:
* Main house: 14 sleeps in 7 bedrooms
* Guesthouse: 4 sleeps in 2 bedrooms
* Suite: 2 sleeps in 1 bedroom

EXTRA GUESTS
The villa hosts up to 32 guests. The division of the extra guests is as follows:

For max. 2 extra guests in Mas Santo two extra beds will be placed in the bedrooms

For 3 to 4 extra guests (total 23-24 guests) the maisonnette will be rented

For 5 to 6 extra guests (total 25-26) the sofa bed of the maisonnette will be rented

For 7 to 8 extra guests (total 27-28 guests) the maisonnette, sofa bed and extra beds will be rented

For 9 to 12 extra guests (total 29-32 guests) we will add two Glamping Bell tent
GLAMPING TENTS 4 sleeps:
● A glamping tent is an outdoor tent of impregnated cotton
● Each tent is located on its island with a diameter of 7m and 4m distance to the other tent
● Diameter 4m, height 2,8m
● Plastic floor to keep out insects, and soft carpet around the bed
● 90 x 200 cm bed incl. bed linen, towels, bathrobe
● Table with lamp, wifi connection, plugs for guest’s use, fan
EXTRA GUESTS
When Mas Santo is rented it includes the rent of the main building (14 sleeps in 7 bedrooms) and the guesthouse (6 sleeps in 3 bedrooms).
Mas Santo can host up to 32 guests. ( summer time )
