A 17th-century masía set on five private acres of Mediterranean countryside — minutes from Sitges, half an hour from Barcelona Airport.
Four dwellings, one estate
Mas Santo comprises a grand main house, a guesthouse, a private suite and a self-contained maisonnette — together accommodating 20 to 28 guests across twelve bedrooms. Each space has been restored with care: original terracotta floors, whitewashed stone walls and wooden beams, paired with modern comfort throughout.
Living and gathering
Over 500 square metres of interior space unfold across multiple levels — from the main lounge with its original fireplace to the terrace lounge overlooking the garden. Three kitchens, including an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ by the pool, give groups the freedom to cook together or leave it entirely to one of our recommended local chefs
The grounds
A 450 m² pool terrace, shaded dining areas, olive groves and a yoga shala set among the hills of the Penedès wine region. The estate is surrounded by nature yet just five minutes from the nearest beach, fifteen minutes from Sitges and thirty-five minutes from Barcelona Airport.
